Serenity
I finally saw this film on cable and have to confess that SAP was right on, this is one good Sci-Fi flick. Boo liked it a lot and complimented on my selection. ;-) I'm fessing up here, SAP.
This film had good acting, great action and a plausible story. I'm not familiar with any of the actors starring in it, but it's irrelevant because the story is so good that I didn't need star branding.
It makes me want to go back and see the television prequel Firefly. If it's available on DVD I'll rent it but I'm not sure it's something I wish to buy. Hey SAP, are the DVD extras any good?

No.
They are exceptional.
You should check them out, if for nothing else, the commentaries.
I really liked Serenity, so with such a great endorsement I know it's time for me to go rent the Firefly DVD.
