I love daylight savings because the days are now longer. However, I don't like losing one hours sleep. I'm still experiencing sleep deprivation and hope I'll even out soon. It's great to get home and have it be light. It feels like the time at home is extended, but it's hell getting up in the morning! Why can't I have it both ways???? Give me the hour back at night for extended sleep and have my workday end an hour sooner. Yea, that sounds right!

I keep telling myself that I need to get out and exercise. Especially now that it's light in the evening, there's no excuse for not walking. Doing it, however, is a totally different thing. I have yet to get out and walk or even tread outdoors for a scant moment. It's too gorgeous to be inside. I need to get with the program and move!
