In search of transfer service

I'm old school when it comes to music, I still have stuff on vinyl. Music that has Not been released on CD and likely never will because it's either too old or has a limited audience (low sales volume).

I am looking for a transfer service that will take my vinyl music and copy it to compact disc after removing scratches and hiss. I know I can Google and find a list of services, but I'm looking for personal recommendations/experiences.
