The Cable Guy

Yep, had another visit from the cable company because the video on demand feature isn't working properly. There is nothing more frustrating then viewing a movie and 45 minutes into the film the feature becomes pixelated or the image freezes or the movie abruptly stops.

It happened during Wallace & Grommit and the Attack of the Wererabbit, The Constant Gardner and two foreign films. Charter Cable can pretty much mess with many things but not one of my foreign films! LOL

So they've now asked to assist them debug the problem by writing down all programs that experince problems and phoning in. Excuse me. I pay close to $100 bucks per month for my cable service and now I'm supposed problem solve? No. It's not happening.
