The Continuing Bike Saga

So it's been two weeks since my last post and the darned bicycle is still tethered to the same pole. Grass is growing around the tires, as the gardeners dare not mow or trim the grass near the cycle. Since my last post inquiring what's become of this steed's owner/rider, my outdoor cat Chit Chat has gone missing. It will be one week tomorrow and our community is very upset.

We've looked for him, hoped and prayed, and contiue waiting. CC's very resourceful; he once wanted in to my neighbor's house from outside. He tore her screen door with his claws and teeth and her dog Punky was raising hell. She couldn't figure out why she was so upset, upon entering her bedroom where Punky was barking and barking, she found Chit Chat comfortably lying on her pillows asleep! LOL

That's the kind of character Chit Chat is. It's also what may have led to his demise. He'd allow anyone to pet him. Being too friendly has its disadvantages, but since he's so resourceful, we're hopeful that if someone's trying to force him to be an indoor cat, he'll bite and claw his way out through their screened door/window and return home! Prayers for Chit Chat, please.
